We do not charge any cancellation
fee for booking requests in progress. However once your
booking is final, i.e. we have sent you the BOOKING
CODE to the email address provided during your booking
process, cancellation fees may apply.
Please note that no refunds will be made for no-shows
or early check-out.
How to cancel your booking?
You may submit your notification of cancellation by
email or by fax. Please be advised that we will not
accept any cancellation requests by phone.
Cancellations must show your BOOKING CODE and email
address you originally used to make your booking. Cancellations
are ONLY valid if you receive and email from us confirming
receipt of your cancellation. If you have submitted
your cancellation and do not receive our confirmation
of receipt by email please do contact us IMMEDIATELY.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation prior 14 days proceeding your check-in
date or unless started otherwise, a one time administration
fee of 5% based on your room rate (for the duration
of your entire stay ) shall be charged to your credit
card with a minimum fee of USD 35.
- 50% of your room rate for your entire duration stay
for any cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival
date, cancellation fee varies with the hotel concerned
and season i.e. Normal season, High Season July –
August, Peak Season December – January.
- In case you stay only one night the full amount will
be charged.
- No refunds for no-shows or early check-out.

We are not responsible for any transaction that is
declined based upon a credit card/debit card that is
declined by the issuing company or if, for any reason,
the credit card/debit card billing address and/or credit
card verivication number cannot be verified in a timely
manner, or are we responsible for any changes in rate
or any other charges that may occur during our verification
