Our rates offer are not publishing, available only when
you contact us, price valid only for bookings made through
our website (balilongvacation.com) and not available from
the hotel directly.
How to make a booking with us ?
Please go to menu “contact us”, fill the
form completely, Try to describe us your special request
on the “message” box available on the form,
before submitting your request please recheck again.
After we receive your request, our friendly Reservation
Staff will contact you for special internet price offer
with all information you need or to suggest a convenient
and comparable hotel when your selected is not available.
Your booking is final once you fill the CONFIRMATION
FORM including your credit card details and then submitting.
You will receive automatically BOOKING CODE including
the subject line of your message after you fill and submitting
confirmation form. This form with your BOOKING CODE must
be presented upon check-in at the hotel.
We strongly recommend that you make your reservation
for the full duration of your stay. If you would like
to extend after your arrival please contact our Reservation
Center as the hotel will not offer you the same discount
prices ( the hotel may even charge you full walk-in rate
).
In order to avoid any mistaken for your confirmed booking
with our support staff you must quote your BOOKING CODE
for reference.
How to pay your booking confirmation ?
All confirmed reservation need to be guaranteed by a
valid credit card VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX. In order
for us to process your booking request your credit card
details are required (copy of both side of your Credit
Cards, Copy of your Passport Photo Page, fulfill Credit
Card Authorization Form and signature which should be
send by fax to: + 62 -361-430739
Your Credit Card will be used as a guarantee ONLY and
will be charge if there is any cancellation within certain
period of cancellation policy ( please see our cancellation
policy ). You will be able to settle your payment upon
your arrival in Bali by cash or credit card except for
reservation beyond Bali.
Reservation to other area beyond Bali, payment can be
made by credit card or bank transfer to our account.
Payment by credit card will be converted into local currency
( Indonesian Rupiah ) and subject to 3% bank charge fee.
The exchange rate is based on the time of transaction.
